Mr. Vora brings a diverse professional background with over 26 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and investment banker. Most recently, Mr. Vora co-founded and served as CFO for the Seattle-based real estate firm, NexGen Housing Partners. NexGen delivered 380 market-rate and affordable apartments during his tenure. Prior to that, he helped two fortune 100 companies manage pension, foundation, and balance sheet capital in alternative asset classes including private equity, venture capital and mezzanine, in funds, co-investments and direct deals. In those ten years, he led the deployment of $2.5B of invested capital across all private strategies and geographies. Mr. Vora is a Genovese Fellow at the Darden School of Business and holds a master’s degree from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and two children.
