Heather Howell is our Chief People Person, managing processes and solutions for our exceptional team of professionals. Heather is an advisor to the team and focuses on culture development. She is responsible for optimizing people-centered performance, including hiring, training, performance and professional development to ensure growth.  She brings over twenty years of business and management experience. Heather joined NDC in 2018, where she managed all areas of NDC operations, accounting and office administration. Heather worked for Archstone (formerly Charles E. Smith), one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the United States. Heather also founded and developed a youth educational agriculture nonprofit.
