Washington, DC – Neighborhood Development Company (NDC) announced the closing of the 3542 Warder Street NW property this week. NDC plans to build a 12-unit condominium building that will feature 2BR to 3BR floorplans.
Located in the Parkview neighborhood, the latest design is set to create quality living in an already thriving neighborhood. Surrounded by Columbia Heights, Petworth and the Howard University area, Park View is an attractive neighborhood with lots to offer future residents.
The structure was once a single-family home built in 1911. It will fit in seamlessly with the neighborhood, adding to the existing fabric of Warder Street.
“Park View is often left out when it comes to discussions of vibrant DC neighborhoods, but we love this area and we’re excited about our latest project here,” said, Adrian Washington, CEO & Founder of Neighborhood Development Company.
