Nova Vitilis

Nova Vitalis, an NDC Building Together Project, consists of two buildings located at 1106 and 1108 Columbia Road in Columbia Heights. NDC worked with the existing cooperative board to convert these historic buildings from apartments to condominiums. Twelve of the existing cooperative members have purchased their current apartments at below-market prices and four remain as renters with options to buy. The remaining units were sold as market-rate condominiums by DC realty Urban Land Company (www.urbanlandcompany.com).
