The Euclid is a three story, walk up condominium containing fourteen (14) Units. The building, with a masonry and concrete structure, has approximately 12,600 square feet of net sellable area. While the building was very well maintained and generally in good condition, due to age and obsolescence, it was in need of a major renovation. Renovations included new electrical service, new HVAC systems, a new roof, and new kitchens and baths. In addition to the fourteen units, there are five parking spaces in the rear. This building utilized the NDC Building Together Program. As a result, three of the previous tenants elected to purchase their newly renovated units and have become new homeowners. Additionally, three other existing residents maintained tenancy in the building.
NDC Builders was the General Contractor while PGN Architects, PLLC served as the Architect. Financing was provided by United Bank. Sales and Marketing is being provided by DC realty Urban Land Company.
