Phased delivery between 3rd Quarter 2007 and 4th Quarter, 2008

CityVista is a $200MM mixed-use development located at the former Wax Museum site at 5th and K Streets, NW. NDC serves as an integral equity member of the development team. The team consists of Lowe Enterprises, CIM Group, Bundy Development Company, The District of Columbia Government and The Neighborhood Development Company.

In addition to serving as part of the development team, NDC is also part of the joint venture General Contractor. NDC Builders, LLC has teamed with Davis Residential to form 5th & K Construction, LLC. As a 35% partner of the joint venture, the team completed over $160 MM worth of construction.

CityVista added 441 condominiums and 244 apartments to Mt. Vernon Triangle, of which 20% have been set aside as affordable units. In addition, CityVista features 116,000 Square Feet of retail, including a 55,000 square foot Urban Lifestyle Safeway, an upscale health club, a hardware store, numerous restaurants and locally-grown retail establishments. Additionally, the building contains 783 parking spaces.

Sales of CityVista condominiums are being handled by The Mayhood Company. Leasing of the apartments is being handled by Kettler Management.
