Both units are equipped with stainless steel appliances, central heating and cooling systems, hard wood flooring, and washer/dryer units. Construction began in January 2011 and completed in September 2011.

The Architect for the project was PGN Architects, PLLC (www.pgnarchitects.com) while JPJ Construction, LLC (www.jpjconstruction.net) is served as the general contractor. Sales and Marketing efforts are being handled by Phil DiRuggiero of Long & Foster Real Estate (liveindc.us)
