NDC Building Together Program

One way NDC demonstrates its commitment to maintaining the fabric of our community is through our Building Together program. NDC has become the partner of choice for Tenant Associations that wish to convert their existing apartment buildings or co-ops to condominiums. NDC offers tenants a variety of options based upon their personal, financial and residential objectives; giving them the opportunity to purchase their converted apartment at below-market prices, continue renting their renovated apartment, or accept a cash buy-out. Our commitment to working collaboratively with the Tenant Associations and our responsiveness to their unique objectives.
