The Neighborhood Development Company (NDC) has completed the development of over 500,000 square feet of real estate and has a development pipeline of another 500,000 square feet. In addition the company is a Joint Venture participant in public-private partnerships including the now completed CityVista project and the under construction CityCenter (Old Convention Center) project, both in Washington DC, and the State Center Project in Baltimore.
