Neighborhood Development Company

Neighborhood Development Company (NDC)has completed the development of over 500,000 square feet of real estate and has a development pipeline of another 500,000 square feet. In addition the company is a Joint Venture participant in public-private partnerships including the now completed CityVista project and the under construction CityCenter (Old Convention Center) project, both in Washington DC, and the State Center Project in Baltimore. Collectively these projects represent over [4] million square feet of mixed-use space. NDC has led the revitalization of the DC’s vital Georgia Avenue corridor, with over 400 housing units constructed or under development in this area, the introduction of neighborhood-serving retailers and the development of facilities for non-profit institutions and schools.
